I have suse 6.4 on system with Pentium 200 MMX. I 'm asking if I can upgrade the kernel (2.2.14) to a higher version and if yes where can I find it for download?

That's a pretty old version now. There has since been versions 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 8.0

I looked at www.suse.com and I don't find any information with regards to SuSE 6.4 on the patches or ftp pages. I would suggest doing a Google Advanced Newgroup search in alt.os.linux.suse and search for SuSE 6 kernel, or something like that.
