nice bit of stilton in a bacon sandwich goes down a treat, other than that, mostly eat vintage cheddar.

Roquefort, the strong type or any good blue cheese. Gorgonzola is not bad either. Parmigiano, goat cheese (soft one)... the list goes on and on. of course, any self-respecting cheese lover has to visit France at some time, the Mecca of cheese. :D :cool:

Stilton is THE king of cheeses. Followed by a nice extra strong mature cheddar.

Summat you can taste, not like chewing on old rubber.
