Cowsay (that other one is getting way too long)

Ok, just typing cowsay gives me "Command not found"
Typing sh cowsay gives me
line 9: syntax error near unexpected token 'qw(e'
line 9: 'use Text::Tabs qw (expand);'

Typing sh cowsay text or sh cowsay 'text' or sh cowsay "text" have the same results.

Please tell me it's not me...
