This was a problem bugging me a few months ago... I have decided I want to try and install it again, so I am wondering... is RedHat even compatable with my Diamond Viper v770 TNT2 32 meg 2D/3D video card? Last time I tried installing it the thing kept auto-setting the refresh rates correctly, but in reverse... the horizontal value was in the vertical box and the vertical value ws in the horizontal box. It kept changing these no matter what I entered, so I couldn't even get past the setup screen. When I tried running the X-Windows setup it wouldn't run, it kept telling me it didn't recognize the command.

So, any ideas before I try it again?

I'm installing it on a FAT32 partition with Windows 98FE.

Yeh, get a real distro. I'm sure RedHat went from 6.2 to 7.0. Where did you get 6.3 from??
