I've read the other posts, NHF's etc so, I won't ask for a repeat here. Just wondering if anyone else is on Shaw (was Rogers) in the Vancouver area. I'm getting cable in a week or so and want to know what to look out for specifically with Shaw, what specific questions to ask the tech people when I set up my appointment, problems frequently encountered and, just general points that might smooth the process of getting hooked up with this provider.
