He deleted the partitions but the LILO screen still comes up on boot. I think there is a dos command that will remove it but I can't remember what it is. How do I get rid of LILO? ty Digital Storm 08-24-2001, 11:19 PM Seeing as I've done this a thousand times, this is what I do, I toss in my Win98 bootdisk, once the computer boots to the "A:" prompt type in "fdisk /mbr" with out the quotes and it should restore the boot record and get rid of lilo...
