kmix menu -- how do i get it back

i accidentally turned off the menu bar in KMix. How do I get it back?

Open up a file manager, enable - View - Hidden Files, then look in your home directory. Depending on which version of KDE you are using, you need to look for /home/yourusername/.kde3/share/config/kmixrc

Maybe .kde2 if you use KDE2.
The third line should contain Menubar=true , yours probably contains
Menubar=false
Edit the file and save it. Reopen Kmix, that should do it.

Another way is to open kmix and hit Ctrl-M. This will toggle the menubar on and off.
