Seeing windows computer

How do I setup Mandrake 8.0 so that I can see my MS Windows 2000 computer? I want to get information off of the shares on that PC.

get samba 2.2 or better, have smbfs loaded in teh kernel and try a smbmount //win2k/share /mount/point
