Quota Notification

Does anybody know of a way to setup Quotas so that when a user is over their soft limit the system will send them an email stating such.

I've never had the need for using Quotas on any of the Linux systems I am responsible for, so my knowledge is extremely limited.

From what I read from the quota manpage (man quota), could you use


-q Print a more terse message, containing only information on filesystems where usage is over quota.
