Hi,

I am a very newbie at Linux. I have managed to copy my 40 GiG Storage over to my 30 Gig storage. Now I know that Linux can see Win, but Win cant see Linux. Is there a fix for this. Here is what I am looking to do. I want to be able to play my mp3s from the linux drive (storage) in winamp while i am in windows. Also save stuff while I am in windows to my linux. Is this possible? I am wanting to serve my mp3s is why they are on my linux storage drive. Any help? I am going to bed, but I will be here all day tommorow and for a long time, I can tell, I got lots to learn, but Win interfacing with Linux is my first goal. ::begs for help::

If you want windows and linux to be able to each access a partition use the fat32 filesystem on that partition. Linux can just read just about any filesystem out there but windows can only read a few so you have to choose something that windows can read.
