Basically, you run any install.exe for a windows app, but prefix with wine. So to run setup.exe go to the directory that contains that file, and in a terminal window type ./winesetup.exe
This kicks off the whole process. Expect error messages, BTW. When it's done, make a shortcut to the executable that starts the program, but again prefix with wine.
I have only used paintshop pro under Mandrake 8.0, but it does run perfectly. Good luck.

I use wine, it came with Drake, and it works perfectly.
what you want to do is navigate to the directory that has the program you want to run in it, then type in "wine ./program.exe" and it will run program.exe
