port forwarding issues

Hi All,

i am trying to configure Shoutcast server behind a firewall.

my firewall RH 6.2 ker 2.2 configured with IPchains.

my intranet Server Rh 7.2 with Shoutcast server installed and configured . everything works fine when i try to connect to my intranet server via my local network i.e. using winamp i access my shoutcast server as http://intranet:8000 and i am able to listen to my songs.

Now i want to do the same from internet. i checked Shoutcast docs and it says i need to open port 8000 and 8001 on the firewall to do this.

i used ipmasqadm to forward port 8000 and 8001 to my intranet server. o/p of /usr/sbin/ipmasqadm portfw -f shows

tcp extip intranetsvr IP 8000 8000 1 0 10
tcp extip intranetsvr IP 8001 8001 1 0 10

but when i try to acess the shoutcast server as http://mydoamin.com:8000 i am getting server timedout error. what else i need to do in my firewall to make this work.
