That's a start? What else do you need?

Each one of those suggestions will give you links to other sites which in turn will link you to others. Any of the search engines will find you just about anything you want to know.

If you use HTML, try getting to grips with the GIMP (http://www.gimp.org). There are loads of websites dedicated to GIMP, just do a search on Google (http://www.google.com/linux?site=search&restrict=linux&hl=en&safe=off&q=gimpsearch).

You might also want to try out various HTML editors. Screem is ok in GNOME, but if you've got KDE then I've found Quanta (http://quanta.sourceforge.net/) to be very nice indeed.
Depending on your level of HTML expertise, you might want to experiment with Php or CGI. This can be done entirely on your Linux box using the Apache web server - see the HOWTOs for more information on this.

The possibilities are endless! If you have a static ip you could even run your own web server!

If you installed RedHat or Mandrake you should already have tons of applications installed. Explore the menus at hand, and you'll probably find that you have enough apps to keep you busy for several months :D

Cheers :)
