So I download the nVidia detenator drivers release 29.60 for i386 and kernel for i686, like the NVchooser says; and do as I am told, but then X wont start, because of a video output, problem. Help me cause I can no longer stand this slow fps and plan to go right back to 100fps on Windows XP Professional, very soon.
Thanks,
- Dean G.

If you could post what this 'video output problem' looks like that might help...
I assume X was working before you installed the drivers, so something in XF86Config-4 must of changed...
What distrobution are you using and how did you install the drivers?

I had the same problem and it resulted in a clean install of RH 7.3
Any ideas?

Do an onsite search for NVchooser or NVidia. This has been discussed frequently.
