Please help (mandrake install)

this might sound pretty stupid, but I wanna learn use linux. so I got mandrake, downloaded 3 iso's, put it on cd rom, so 3 cd's on each cd is a .iso file of 650mb.

I got the partitian working, i made an extra with 10gb, dual boot works, but how do I install the iso's???

pls help me :(

You need to create installation CD's from the iso's, not simply put the iso's on a CD. ISO's are disk images that will create an actual installation CD(s) when you correctly write them to a CD. Use Nero or Easy Cd Creator in Windows (if that is what you are using). There is an option for creating a CD from as ISO image. DO NOT simply create a data CD and throw the iso file on the cd. That will not work. Good luck!
