Everybuddy Chat Client Issue

Guys,

All right. This one is a little far-fetched, and I was just wonderin' if anyone has the same issue. :-( I think it deal with AOL, and their new protocals, which bites.

Anyways. I can recieve messages from ICQ, but I can not send. It locks up for a few, it says it sends, but the people never get the message.

Ideas, suggestions?

Did you send it through the server? Does anyone in the same network area experience the same thing as you? Does this occur in Windows too?

If it is a yes to all the above:
There could be some firewall blocking you. In that case, I think you need to send it though a proxy server. Check it out with your network administrator in this case.

The whole network is like that, the only person I can send too, funny enough, is Lorithar. :-)

Even some people I know on Windows have been experiancing the same dilemma's, and they are on the other side of the country. :-(

Hmm ... I have my ports directed for ICQ ..4000 - 4032 for the other half's box 4033-4065 for me...
