Those that is not compiled in to the kernel, you can find in /lib/modules/[kernel_version]/
Where kernel_version is the version of the kernel you are running.

In most modern distros most of the modules are pre compiled, but if you got some odd device, you might have to compile the kernel, and maybe even patch the kernel first, but that is rarely the case. You'll probably find it in /lib/modules/[kernel_version]
