netscape crashes trying to download mp3's

I have yet to be able to play mp'3s from the site so I have been downloading them. I try to do that now that I have upgraded to netscape6 and it pops up the screen for the directory to download to and then it crashes and shuts all my screens. Is this a known problem or is it something personal? Going to try it with the old version real quick and will let you know that.

ive had no problem downloading with nscape at all, i even set it up to stream from mp3.com with xmms, theres a great tutorial on the mp3.com help site

Discovered that I have a bigger problem with this. I tried it in the old netscape and it did not work either. I logged out and saw an error that said /dev/dsp device not found. So it apparently is not getting my sound card for some reason. This is the first time I have had it not work from the start so I have to try and get that working first, then it is off to fix mp3's. Thanks for the info though.
