Is it possible to have 2 versions of Linux and windoze 98 on a P3 at the same time?
I have windows on my master hard drive and Libranet on my slave. I hav an empty 4 gig linux partition on my slave drive. If I msake it bootable can I install Slackware 7.0 there and add it to my Bootmagic list so I'd have 3 choices on startup?
Len......still learning but having a ball http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif

I've never used Bootmagic, so I couldn't be absolutely sure, but yes, I can see no reason why it wouldn't work.

I did it for awhile, I successfully had SuSE 7.0, Redhat 7.0 and Windows 98. I didn't mount however Redhat and SuSE on each others file systems. I was afraid of the overlap in similar systems (two home directories, two roots). But with that in mind it shouldn't be an issue. If you have problems email me at rssvihla@hotmail.com
