need help on .bin file

Hello, I am trying to install the JAVA SDK tutorial and have downloaded a j2sdk.bin file that I believe is the file to install the sdk. Does anyone know how to extract or install a .bin file? Thanks!

Figured it out, thanks. I simply type in the name and it extracts itself. Sorry, tried this a few times, must have been making typo's. Thanks anyway, great board, linuxnewbie.org... have received great assistance here!

To cut down on typos, you can type in the first few letters of the filename, and then hit tab. If something matches those letters, the rest of the letters in the name are displayed for you.
