I'm using Slackware 7.1. scott_R 12-30-2000, 05:29 PM I'm using mandrake 7.1, so this may not help much. One way, if you are using kde in a window manager, is to go to the console, and type kmix. Another way to do the same without a specific window manager is to go to /usr/bin. There might be a file xaumix. You control the volume attributes with the arrow keys. None of this may be available, but it might give you some hints to find what you need.
