I have RedHat 6.2 installed but the characters on screen are so small you can't read them. How do you change the screen resolution?

How do you change the screen resolution? Pras 12-30-2000, 05:19 PM Redhat probably has a X11 configuration tool. Alternately, you can use XF86Setup to configure X. You can also try linuxconf and see if it has anything (never used it much myself). Check to see what other RH users use first though. manux 12-30-2000, 07:47 PM with redhat you probably have xfontserver running follow this nhf to install your true type fonts. http://www.linuxnewbie.org/nhf/intel/fonts/trutypef.html that should fix your problem for your screen resolution run "setup" as root and choose X configurator from the menu list [This message has been edited by manux (edited 30 December 2000).] justlinux.com
