I was compiling MySQL on a Pentium 100 16 megs of ram last night, everything was going fine, no missing files or modules or any problems of that sort, things are going slow as hell, but nothing's gone wrong, then out of the blue, I get a message saying my virtual memory's gone.
I figure, hey, out of swap maybe, so I get into cfdisk and destroy a few partitions http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/biggrin.gif and increase my swap from 70 to 150 megs. This did not work. So is it a ram problem? If not, what is it?
