RealPlayer and Konqueror Bookmarks

I can't get Realplayer 8 to install with the RPM's onto Mandrake 8.0. My bookmarks file is also unstable in Konqueror. Can I use the downloaded Realplayer8.bin file and if so ,how do I install a binary file?

Might help if you explained why the rpm isn't installing for you or exactly what you mean by your konqueror bookmarks being unstable.

To run the bin file just type "sh Realplayer8.bin"
or you could "chmod +x Realplayer8.bin" and then type "./Realplayer8.bin"

Thanks idealego. I rpm -iv from a terminal and it installed w/o a hitch. As to the unstable nature of Konqueror's bookmarks, it seems to be directly related to my use of Netscape. If I call up NS my Konqueror bookmarks won't remain on screen till I kill Konq and restart. Bah! Humbug ! on commercial products. I really like Mandrake's 8.0 release. I think I've found my distro for a long time to come. Dirk ;)
