I am a new newbie. After a week of installation and configuration, I finally have KDE up in Debian 3.
Konquerer is fairly nice, but slow. I noticed when installing Debian that a lot of Mozilla packages were installed. How do I start Mozilla from the KDE desktop?
Thanks, Tim

If you can't find it in your menus, you can open an xterm and commandmozilla & It should launch.

Thanks, very much.
No, its not on any of the KDE menus. And I even went to Mozilla.org to try to find it, but all I could find was how to install it and how to use it after you got it running.

I presume KDE has something that creates a launcher for your bar/menu/desktop.
Roll your own.
If you use the package manager of your distro, they will automatically make the launchers.
Try this, right click your desktop select "Create New" then "Link to Application" then just type in the pathname.

Thanks, Naki. I will look into doing that when I get home, tonight.
BTW, Mozilla renders the web pages MUCH faster than Konquerer (for me, anyway). It is not a line speed issue, as my line averages about 100-157 KB/sec downloads.
