mouse help

hi , i have a inteleye optical explorer from microsoft , i wanna get he side buttosn working ...

so it seems i have to install as a ps2 mouse , but its already a usb , so my question is , how do i uninstall this mouse as a usb , then have it re-install as a ps2 , then i can get my 7 buttons to work :)
