sendmail config difficulties

I'm attempting to learn about/build a Sendmail gateway (using Mimedefang as a Milter). I'm probably in over my head.
Sendmail starts... Mimedefang starts...
After sucessfully pinging from a host on the same subnet, I get no response when I telnet to port 25. I've attached my Sendmail.mc. Do you see anything obvious? Thanks in advance.
