is there a tutorial on how to setup dockable apps in xwindows?

I would assume its all dependent on your Xsystem... I know with KDE 3 on Slackware 8.1 it was relatively simple. Just ./compile (with appropriate options), make, and su (first) then make install. Then you just run the app by name or startup script. With KDE you can dock them into a panel or desktop. Most dockapps run pretty well the same on different window managers. Just as long as you have the appropriate libraries and dependencies installed.

Is there a sample .waimearc included? Copy that to your home directory and start hacking, I would guess. Join any mailing lists for users as well and ask on those.
