Failed Dependencies

When installing Ethereal, I get this
Error:

Your just missing a few other packages, not problem :)
openssl-devel-0.9.6b-8.i386.rpm is one

Do a search at www.rpmfind.net and it will help find the packages you need for others...you can download them from there or pull them off of the Red Hat CD's
