How do I make a link to an application terminal?

I recently got redhat 7.3 and I have no idea what to do. My friend got a program called giFTcurs for getting mp3s. anyways he got while in gnome and now i cant make a link to it in KDE. i can run it though console, but i cant make a link to it. i dont know the command or something. help! thanks!

Well, what you need to do is to make a link that points to whatever terminal program that you use, and set up the link to run that program in that window.

It's easier than it sounds to do.

I prefer aterm, so that's what I'll use for my example. I actually use something like this for mutt. :D

aterm -e mutt

The other term programs have similar things.
