my proginy tried to install mandrake 7.0 on my 166MHz. I found out they didnt delete the windoz primary that had windows on it , then they did the MD7.0 install an it stalled it want let me install linux an it want let me fdisk or pmagic the partitions even linux fdisk goes ok till it trys to install the packages an then it returns this message: an error occurred unable to open for writing /mnt/etc/ld.so.conf. it is a 3gig western digital caviar it there a way to use a dos command that will uninstall the linux an its partition, along with the windoz partitions too. hey i got some kids to rent for anyone who needs some excitment in there lives. they are talking about putting a windoz head stone on my plot. talk about kernel panic.:confused: how can i undo all the partitions an start clean
