Looking for a good wu-ftpd tutorial

Im looking for a good tutorial for installing and configuring wu-ftpd. The documents on www.wu-ftpd.org (http://www.wu-ftpd.org) arent too helpful to me.

Please point me to a good tutorial or resource for wu-ftp.

here is one me and Sweede use
1)REMOVE WU_FTPD
2)INSTALL PROFTPD

ProFTPD? I've never heard of that, but thats probably because this is my 5th day muddling with linux. Are there any other good ftp programs that you use that are easy to set up and maintain?

Ive been trying proftpd forever and still cant figure it out. I read the FAQ about 1000 times but it doesnt tell me anywhere how to set up the home directory, change access rules, etc in english. I am about to try wuftp myself--hopefully its easier....
