Ok I'll start by saying a relative Newbie to Linux and that I like a Chalenge (or is it that I'm a sado-masochist?)Any way I have a need to set up a Test bed for Tivoli Framwork, T/EC, Distributed monitoring and probably SIS. I thought if I could I would use Linux as the base OS. Any one ever heard or seen this, know if it is possible. I am running redhat 6.2 on pentium 200 with 64 M, and a 3G WDC IDE HD. This isn't going to be a large instalation for the End points just a few for testing monitors, events and such.
I would like to put the TMR on the system I described, a win bloze nt4 (or perhaps linux) GW and nt endpoints no more then 6. Ethernet 100mps net work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance if for only reading my poor grammer and spelling.
