changing telnet port

I am trying to change my telnet port so I can telnet in from a different box. I have zoomtown and it blocks access to port 23. So I need to know what all i have to change in redhat 6.2 so that i can telnet from port 21 or something like that. thanks

Check your /etc/services file.

I found the telnet port setup in there. Woo hoo is there anywhere I should look?
