I don't really want to do it this way as I know the performance is pretty weak, but...
If I want to play with linux (namely, redhat 7.1) at work, I can do nothing to my computer (like split, create, resize partitions) that will change the way it is right now. :(
SO...
What I want to know is, can I do the red hat partitionless install (onto a DOS/FAT partition) onto the same partition that has windows98 on it? So, can I install redhat 7.1 on the C drive without affecting windows?
Or do I need to put it on it's own DOS/FAT partition?
Thanks in advance, gang.
(By the way, at home, I use Debian only. It's the greatest. I'm not even happy about this redhat thing, but it, along with Mandrake and WinLinux, seem to be the only few you can install onto a DOS/FAT partition.)
Have a great weekend!
