ppp help

hello all, i successfully installed linux redhat 7.1, installed the ppp package (after install) and i can't connect to my isp... some wierd things:
linuxconf doesn't show ppp/slip etc

i THINK it's cos my dialup needs a specific script... can anyone help me fix it?

Can u be a more specific?.What happens when u run wvdial?.the ppp scripts usually are at /etc/ppp
