So I think I want to use my RH7.1 box as an answering machine. I don't need anything special do I? Will a USR Sportster external 14.4 fax modem work? Do I need a modem that supports caller ID? Do I need one that supports voice? I don't know how far I can go here. Forgive my ignorance but I havent had a modem for years (DSL for 3 years now baby!)
