Xine install help

when I go to install xine i get this, and it doesn't isntall

Can someone tell my why and how to fix it?

do you have gcc or cc installed? if you do you need to set their path in .bashrc i think. If you so a cursor search here about setting paths or type the finall error message into a google.com/linux search you should get more answers than you know what to do with.
