I can't get XWin going because of this card.

Help...there has to be someone out there who got it going.

Did you figure it out? I had Mandrake 8.2 running fine with an ATI 4MB video card. Now, I can't boot! I hope you came up with something, please reply!

I actually installed Mandrake 8.2 and it detected this card as I installed it.

Now if I can just figure out how it detected it, maybe I can get slackware going on this computer again and get X working with the proper settings for the card.

So, when you installed Mandrake 8.2 it worked? Maybe I need to do a reinstall ... or does MDK have a recompile or repair option?
