Problem with jpilot

I have downloaded and unziped the latest version of jpilot. When I go into the jpilot/usr/bin directory, and try to execute the jpilot command, I get the following error.

./jpilot: error while loading shared libraries: libpisock.so.3: cannot load shared object file: No such file or directory

I have done a file search, and I have a libpisock.so.4 in the pilot-link directory, but no libpisock.so.3. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to get this working?
