Handling code

I'm having troublfe with some code, so I'm trying to cut and paste said code into a forum so others can read it. For some reasonit just wont paste. It seems to be copying ok, and I can paste it into advanced editor, but when I try to paste into my browser or even a word processor, it wont go. I'm using Galeon.

Select the text with the mouse and middle-click to paste. If I'm not mistaken, KDE has its own clipboard. Possibly GTK too. So use the standard method at all times.
