I wouldn't quite "can 'em" but heck at least we could come to some sort of decision between all the members as to how we can combine _some_ of the boards, and not have forums which cover the same topics.

Agreed. There are too many with a lot of overlap.
Having both 'Webserving' on Linuxplanet and 'Webserving/Security' on LNO is a waste, newbies who don't know the recent history of these forums probably wonder why there are two such areas.
Hmmmnnnn.... looking at it the Linuxplanet forums, with the exceptions of Applications and System Setup, they are seldom used and only complicate the site as a whole.
Getting rid of 'Linux: Installation Help' on LNO may not be a bad idea either. Its rarely used and people tend to post those kind of requests in general.
