Perhaps include a quick link or explanation of how to re-login. My password was reset for my original username, so I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to login the first time...

Maybe you should also add a login button up there with the others. Suddenly, linuxnewbie doesn't seem to remember me when I restart. Did you stop sending the cookies? I liked not having to type in my username and password each time I visited it here.

You have to enable auto-login in your profile ;)

I just checked it, and it is set to on. I had it on before the changes, and I logged in automatically just fine. Now it's on, but it's not logging me in automatically.

Never mind. It's working now. Very wierd. I wonder why it wasn't working before.

Alarmingly, LNO is remembering me, even when:

a] I clear my cookies,
b] I clear my cache,
c] quit Opera 6.03, and through all this,
d] my options are not set to remember me:

'Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)' is set to no.

I'm a little concerned, but this is still part of fresh install booboos - not real major but not minor either.

Hi,

I vote for having a login/logout button in the top menu-bar as well.

I've only found one place where I can log out so far on the "forum" page. On the other hand I don't really see the point in having a logout option on this page (the "post reply" page):)

Just a suggestion!
