not sensi or sensible style locking

2 threads in this topic have been locked, they were offtopic and i understand that, but sensi would have explain why it was locked.
I respect the HAL's here, your doing a good job to keep this thing going after internet.com fscking it up the ***, but please explain when locking.

sorry i didn't make a seperate post stating the obvious, that those threads were off-topic

the original threads are still open, not locked in that other forum, if you wish to post to it

so the answer isn't they were locked for a reason, the answer is that the were moved to a more appropriate forum, please feel free to visit the new forum, as indicated in the thread (see the quote above) and post away

I'd be happy to download the ubb demo and find the location and send a diff, it should be the same as ubb full.

The problem with hacking the UBB source is that it has to be done all over again after upgrading the UBB to a new version. There are tons of UBB hacks and patches out there, but if you upgrade your UBB very often at all, they're just a lot of trouble.

Also, the Internet.com folks are the only people who have source access to the server, so you'd have to talk to them.
