I'm trying to find out about directories and partitions, but I enter a search and nothing seems to happen. I want to run a search before I post a question.

search lately sometimes just takes FOREVER.
you waiting long enough?
the old search thing actually took up to a minute or two, but it would keep refreshing a page that would sorta tell you how far along it was.
