Noticed on Amazon these two bibles... Anyone know which version of each they cover? I'm primarily wondering if the SuSE one covers 7.0...

I wasn't aware there was a SuSE Linux Bible.
Here in Texas I was only able to find a book named SuSE LInux by QUE Books. It's a pretty darn good book, unfortunately it's based in SuSE 6.3. Nevertheless it still very helpful.
By the way, I've run SuSE for over a year. I started with version 6.4 and I'm now at version 7, and believe or not that book remains quite helpful.
