I know that pscp is a has a CLI, but it would be much easier if someone had written a GUI like Putty for this utility. Does anyone know if there has been a GUI written for pscp?

No gui available. Use the CLI, very easy.

I know that the command line is pretty easy, but what if I want to transfer many files at once? I guess I could zip them all and then transfer, but simply transferring them all at once would be much easier.

Have you read the scp manfile? I'm quite certain scp supports complete directory transfers.
