Could Not Open Db Auth File

Why does my error log say "(2)No such file or directory: Could not open db auth file"?

It has the proper permissions and is a db2 hash file.

You've got to use a .db file!!

You should know by now that dbmmanage won't create this kind of file (so what if it's named _DBM_manage). Write your own perl script using dbmopen() as per www.apacheweek.com/features/dbmauth (http://www.apacheweek.com/features/dbmauth)
