How do I access and then run DrakConf in Mandrake 8.0? Thanks, Dirk :eek:

If memory servs me correctly, there is an icon on the mandrake 8 desktop by default that says DrakConf /me thinks. Could be wrong... havent used Mandrake in a while.

I'm speaking from a Gnome point of view. :)

You'll want the "Mandrake Control Center"

Should be right on the desktop if you're using KDE or Gnome, and on the menu for most of the window managers shipped with 8.0

Typing "DrakConf &" at a command prompt should also work, *may* have to already be root user though.
