ipchains question: forward requests to external proxy server

Hello all,
I would like to forward all the ipmasq traffic to an external proxy server using ipchains.

i currently have the setup so that it just fowards all the internal traffic out to the internet but i would like it so all or most of the internal traffic is sent to the external proxy server. This is so i dont have to set individual machine's proxy server settings.

Please help.. thank you!!

Example setup:

This is how i have it now:

Internal <--MASQ--> Internet

This is how i would like it to be:

Internal <--MASQ--> External Proxy --> Internet
